To facilitate this goal, we have developed the following financial options: A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $300 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of a scheduled appointment. Extended payment plans for as little as $50 a month for up to two years are available through a third party credit company based on applicant's credit approval.
